About the property

This delightful villa annexe is part of a beautifully restored Finca (country or farm house) and is ideally suited to couples seeking a tranquil & relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings, away from, but within easy reach of the main resort and beaches. Guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool and amenities and privacy is guaranteed as the annexe is only available for rent when the main house is unoccupied.

Tastefully furnished, the accommodation comprises one bedroom with double bed, side tables, wardrobe, dressing table and window looking out onto landscaped garden. The bathroom has walk-in shower, WC and basin (no bath). The lounge area has a sofa, occasional furniture, CD Mini HiFi, TV, satellite with movies/sport card, DVD, Video and a selection of films and books. The dining area has a table and chairs for two people and the kitchen is fully equipped with storage units, electric hob, mini-grill oven, refridgerator and a full compliment of utensils for self-catering.

The entrance door leads out onto a private patio area complete with patio furniture. The swimming pool is electrically heated during the winter months. Sun loungers are provided and sunny days can be spent by the pool taking in the fantastic paroramic views of the countryside and coastline.

About Macher, Lanzarote

Mácher is a 20-minute drive from the airport. It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday in a private situation. Mácher offers a number of restaurants and a supermarket and it has wonderful sea views. Just off the main Arrecife-Yaiza road, the village is centrally situated.

Owner's Tips...

Puerto del Carmen is a 5 minute drive away and is the livliest and most popular resort on the island and is developed along side a long curve of gently sloping fine dark sand. Puerto del Carmen is particularly well equipped with marine activities, including scuba diving, deep sea fishing and wind surfing. The coastal promenade houses endless bars, restaurants, shops and some discos. The finest fish restaurants can be found in the 'Old Town' which centres on a small fishing harbour.

Puerto Calero is a lovely marina just south of Puerto del Carmen and is again a 5 minute drive away. The marina is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and generally soak up a bit of the luxury atmosphere that permeates the whole place. You can certainly spend a few hours sat in one of the cafes or restaurants that overlook the marina without even realising how long you have been there.

If you want to do more than just sit, Puerto Calero is the base for a number of water based activities, such as the Catlanza catamaran trips, submarine excursions and a variety of sport-fishing boats which allow you to try your skill at landing Marlin and Blue-fin Tuna in some of the best and most productive waters you can find.
