200 yds from the beach and promenade of Puerto del Carmen, yet in a peaceful and quiet private walkway, great for the kids, so close to the beach.

The upper floor comprises a comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors through to the covered upper terrace with dining table and built-in barbeque. Also on the upper floor is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a door leading to a bunk-bedroom for 2 children. There are also two twin bedrooms and separate bathroom. A door leads to the sun terrace and private heated swimming pool.

Satellite TV has sky news, movies,documentaries and cartoons in English.

Prices include private coach transfers-no getting lost-no taxi queues. Lanzarote airport/Villa Sofia/Lanarote airport.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
