About Villa Juan Pedro
A big private villa on a large plot great for just two persons or 2/3 families large heated swimming pool Internet available* Seagul lV American water purifier safe pure & sweet drinking water-no more carrying water bottles! Satellite TV DVD + lots of 2010/11 movies CD player hair dryer safe new king size master double bed easy walking distance to Playa Flamingo supermarket & taxi rank - 300m away.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining room, with two sets of patio doors to the upper sunbathing terrace. There is internet connection at this villa for emails and surfing the internet, please bring your own laptop.*
There is a master double bedroom (kingsize 1.8mts) with luxury en-suite shower room and patio doors to the upper terrace. Safety deposit box. There are a further two twin bedrooms, separate luxury bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and automatic washing machine with drying patio. The lower floor comprises two twin bedrooms and a separate full shower room. A door on this level leads to the pool terrace.
The swimming pool is 13mts x 7 mts and has a shallow end for kids (2.5 feet), deep end is 5.5feet.
Both sunbathing terraces are sun traps, and are equipped with sun loungers and mattresses
The focal point of the villa is the upper semi covered terrace and much of your stay will be spent here, relaxing, cooking on the built-in barbeque and dining with views to Fuerteventura over Playa Blanca. There is an al-fresco dining table seating up to 10. There is also a swing sofa for 3.
Satellite TV has Sky news, movies, documentaries & cartoons. DVD player with selection of 2009/10/11 movies 30+.
There is a taxi rank very close to the villa. It is only 3 euros into town!
* Internet: There is a vodafone dongle available at the villa, the cost is a reasonable £15.00 per week for continuous use. Because not all guests require this service, please let me know at the time of booking if you require it.
Feel secure: I am on the island in case you or your family need asistance with "accidents, illness, misshaps advice - whatever!" there is someone to help you immediately!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips
Great golf course, 33% discount at the best golf course on Lanazarote for my guests. Best beaches in Lanzarote are very close. Jet skis, paracending, banana rides on main beach.

“Stayed 8-22 Sep 2011. Had a wonderful time in a beautiful villa. The villa was spotless when we arrived and Keith was very helpful. This villa has everything you need and we found it to be very comfortable, clean and well layed out. The pool was great and Keith cleans it twice a week even if it dindn't really need it. The main is very good and cleans the villa very thoroughly at mid break. All in all a beautiful villa and well worth staying in. As a note the villa is well situated and you can walk into town in 20-25 mins, taxis are available around the corner and there is a hotel shop nearby.
We will be going back next year.”

“Excellent spacious villa. Very comfortable,clean,well maintained and welcoming. Within walking distance to Playa Blance but Taxi's and buses are available. Having stayed at Juan Pedro on numerous occasions Iwould not hesitate to return again. In fact I can thoroughly recommend any of the villas owned by Keith. They are amazing and can't wait to visit again.”
