Villa Clariana is a detached country villa near Xativa set in large gardens with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and swimming pool. The property is in a rural setting and is located in a cul de sac of several similarly-sized villas set in large private gardens. Villa Clariana is accessed through electric gates and has a driveway leading to a shady parking area at the rear of the property with parking for several cars.

Villa Clariana has a large covered naya terrace at the front of the property overlooking the pool and gardens - perfect for outdoor living, al fresco dining and relaxing. The front door opens into the spacious lounge with adjacent kitchen with large pantry. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside is the covered naya terrace with dining table and chairs, BBQ. Steps lead down to the pool terrace and 8 x 4 metre pool with Roman steps and underwater lighting. The gardens are large with shady and sunny areas and the entire plot is level, walled and gated making this villa particularly suitable for children.

The property is a 15 minute walk from the village of Aielo de Malferit with the usual village amenities including supermarket, small shops, winery, and several bar/restaurants. The village also has a community outdoor pool (mid June/mid September).

The local towns of Ontinyent and Albaida are a 10 minute drive. Both are lively country towns with good shops, bars and restaurants, cinema and bowling alley (Ontinyent), internet cafes and weekly produce markets. The mediaeval city of Xativa is a 15 minute drive from Villa Clariana and is highly recommended - preserved castle, old quarter, bull ring, elegant shops, fine dining and tapas bars.

The beach resort of Gandia is 30 minutes drive and easily accessed by the main road located 1 km from the villa. The beaches are clean, sandy and Blue Flag status and the resort is a plethora of cafes and restaurants with superb shops in the town. Valencia, city of culture, is 55 minutes by car and is a "must see" city.

Outside & Pool Facilities:
10 x 4 metre swimming pool with underwater lights and Roman steps. Large naya terrace overlooking the pool and gsrdens with dining table and chairs, BBQ. Sunloungers, parasols. Roof terrace with lockable gate. Large level totally private gardens planted with mature shrubs and palm trees.

Air-conditioning in lounge and bedroom 1.
There is a separate casita in the garden which can be rented in addition to the main villa (sleeps 2) - please enquire.
Travel cot is available upon request.
Utility room with washing machine, laundry sink, clothes dryer.

Welcome Pack - the villa's pantry is stocked with all the essentials to get you started, the owners ask that guests replace items they use ready for the next guests.

Holiday rental prices

Rental includes full cleaning, quality linen and towels are provided, mid term linen and towel change provided for stays of 2 weeks plus. Pool/beach towels are provided.

The villa's English manager who lives locally will meet you on arrival at the property and can tell you much about the local area.

Security damages deposit of £150 refunded within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.

Distance to nearest shops, bars and restaurants:
The nearest shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants are located in the towns of Ontinyent and Albaida, each are a 10 minute drive from Villa Clariana. The mediaeval city of Xativa is 15 minutes drive from the villa and has large supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. There is a twice weekly market in the Old Quarter. Easy access to Valencia city, 55 minutes by car or by train from Xativa right into the city centre.

Villa Clariana is a fantastic holiday choice for families with children. The gardens are completely level, walled and gated and we particularly like the large naya terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The local towns of Ontinyent and Albaida have all the usual market town attractions, English is spoken a little in the area as there are some English people living here, and its only a 30 minute drive to some superb sandy blue flag beaches.

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
