Las Palomas is a two-bedroomed villa apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the Jalon Valley with private gardens, terraces, timber sun deck and large pool. The apartment is the lower floor of a detached luxury villa, situated in a peaceful location amongst other similar properties within large gardens. The owners of the property are not in residence when the apartment is let for holiday rental, hence the offer of total exclusivity of all amenities including the villa's private and elevated sun deck, the spacious partially covered naya terrace and, of course, the 11x4 metre pool.

Las Palomas has an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom and shower room. The apartment opens on to the pool and pool terrace. Steps from here take you up to the timber sun deck and spacious partially covered naya terrace. The villa's gardens are large and are attractively landscaped. The property has a private driveway with parking for several cars.

Las Palomas is located in a peaceful location amongst other similar luxury villas with large mature gardens. Lliber village is 1.5km from the villa and has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 3km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and a very popular Saturday bric a brac market. The resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 15/25 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy the area.

The owners of the villa are not in residence when the apartment is let for holiday rental.

Outside & Pool Facilities:
Swimming pool, 11 x 4 metres, with Roman steps and underwater lighting. Outside dining table and chairs for 4, sunloungers, parasols, gas BBQ. Timber sun deck and spacious naya terrace, partially shaded, with far reaching views over the property's gardens and the Jalon Valley to the mountains of the Sierra Bernia.

Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, water.

Holiday rental prices

Quality towels and linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, water. Pool/beach towels are provided.

£150 security deposit refundable within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.

Check in time 3pm, check out time 10am, can be flexible if other bookings allow.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
