This beautifully appointed villa is in Faro Park at the end of a quiet cul de sac.It offers outstanding accommodation all recently updated for up to 6/8 persons with private pool,outdoor hot tub and games room. The outdoor living space is simply stunning offering al fresco dining and shaded lounge area with comfortable sofa and chairs, a jacuzzi for up to 8 persons, enough sun loungers for everyone and room for the kids to play on the artificial grassed area and is very private.

The lounge inside offers quality leather seating, large plasma TV with full sky package, DVD/CD and ipad compatable music system and free wi fi. There is also a selection of DVDs and CDs available to our guests.

The kitchen provides cooker,fridge/freezer,microwave and a full range of equipment. Washing machine, ironing board and iron in utility.

The games room is just off the patio, so whilst you relax under the extended pergola the kids
can have fun on the pool/hockey table.

On the patio is a permanent chimney stone BBQ, all we ask is that after your stay this is left clean.

Back through the lounge you come to the elegant hallway leading to the family bathroom and
the two twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes with ample storage space.

Up the stairs is the Master Suite with a double bed and ensuite, very spacious and light with its own huge sun terrace complete with loungers and cushioned chairs.

The villa is extremely private and from the sun terrace has magnifcent views towards the Ocean and Montana Roja.

It is located very close to local amenities such as supermarkert,bakery and restaurant/bars.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Playa Blanca is a 30mins drive from the airport.

There are two brand new superb water parks in Playa Balnca only 15minutes walk (2 min drive) from the villa.

The Bus service into Playa Blanca/Marina Rubicon operates all day every 30mins for just 1.20€

The coastal promenade takes you the whole length of Playa Blanca and finishes at Marina Rubicon this is a great walk or run or bike ride.

The nearest golf course is at Tias which is a 20min drive and there is another at Costa Teguise.

We recommend Cabrera Medina for car hire, they have always been reliable and if you have
any problems they are at hand in resort. Their UK reservation number is 0800 960 367.

For those who like to get out and about there is a ferry from Playa Blanca harbour which can take you to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria.

The market days are always popular in Playa Blanca every Wednesday and Saturday at the
Rubicon Marina.

Lanzarote has a lot to offer each age group, but if you just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine that's fine and the perfect place would be our Villa Moonstone.

About us
We are a family of five currently living in England but have resided in the USA and Australia, we like to travel and explore different places and cultures and meet people.

We had looked at several places to have a holiday home and choosing Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
was easy as it had everything to offer, sports, good beaches, stunning scenery, easy to get around, friendly and very family orientated and safe.

Our children are still at school and love spending their school holidays here, they are all very active and there is always something to do here.

What we love about our property
We love Villa Moonstone as is a beautiful private villa, but close to amenities and all that Playa Blanca has to offer.

We have guests returning year after year, you will love this property.
