A beautiful 3 bedroom villa located in a quiet location with spectacular views giving easy access to all that the Costa Del Sol has to offer. You can enjoy panoramic views over the Mediterranean towards Fuengirola, Marbella & Gibraltar. On a clear day you can see Africa from your villa. It is located above a tree lined avenue & is tranquil & quiet with a conservation area mountain backdrop but is within easy reach of some of Spain's’s finest golf courses & beaches.

It is ideal for that Spanish "outdoor living" experience with its own landscaped garden, two terraces and a rooftop solarium. The villa also enjoys a superb swimming pool complex within a landscaped garden and sunbathing area. The choice is yours where you want to relax and enjoy your break in the sun.

There are 3 bedrooms and these sleep 6 in air conditioned comfort. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and has TV with satellite and a DVD / CD player. The dining area provides comfortable seating for those indoor dining occasions and you can chat to the chef of the day over the arched breakfast bar to the kitchen. All mod cons are provided in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The main bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and there is a separate shower room and a ground floor washroom. All bedrooms can be set up as singles or doubles and have built in wardrobes.. There is a large garage and car port.

The beautiful white Andalucian village of Mijas is almost on your doorstep. Cobbled streets, fiestas, donkey taxis & the charm of this typical Andalucian pueblo with stunning views provide a wonderful flavour of Spanish life. Good quality & varied restaurants abound & the tapas & paella must be sampled.

The building of many Mijas golf courses has attracted foreign tourists from far and wide. Mijas villa rental and luxury golf apartments offer the perfect accommodation for those looking to "tee off" each morning.

Owner's Tips

The nearest local supermarket is a 3 minute drive at El Higueron where you will also find a cash machine, newsagent, and restaurants. Local shops provide all that you need for your holiday with the full range of shops from small speciality traders to large hypermarkets like El Corte Ingles. You must try the Malaga market - it is a great experience if you like food shopping. Bringing back that just caught sea bass or those big juicy spanish tomatoes and a local Malaga wine for an evening meal treat just can't be beaten!

The Costa Del Golf offers over 40 golf courses & if golf is your game – there is no better location. The nearest courses are a 15 - 20 minute drive at Mijas Golf (two courses - Los Olivos and Los Lagos) and the Seve Ballesteros designed course at Alhaurin Golf. If you want to splash out or for a special occasion then you just have to play Valderama - host to the Volvo Masters and Ryder Cup.

Puerto Banus marina is a must do. Sitting at one of the many marina bars and restaurants and doing celebrity and top of the range car and boat spotting is a great past time. Malaga is a great shopping venue and also offers some culture as well with the Picasso Museum and Alcazaba well worth a visit. Fuengirola (15 mins) offers a wide range of shops and some lively nightlife.

Finding attractions on the Costa Del Sol is not difficult. Visit the Tourist Information Centre in Mijas pueblo centre.for a full range of activities and helpful friendly tips. The village often has lively fiestas and events and regular flamenco shows. There are many quiet walks around Mijas and the more adventurous can explore on horseback, mountain bike or even balloon rides! The kids are not forgotten with water parks, zoos, wildlife parks, theme parks, and every water sport imaginable.There are also many places offering outdoor activities such as mountain biking, equestrian courses, trekking and canoeing - while the beautiful mountains behind Mijas provide spectacular scenery for painting and photography.

Some ideas for days out include: Gibraltar (85 mins) - see the barbary apes and do duty free shopping; Ronda (80 mins) the town with the bridge over the gorge; Antequera (80 mins) - more churches and monuments than anywhere else in Spain; Granada (100 mins) - Alhambra Palace and winter skiing; Seville (120 mins) - Capital city of Andalucia and one of the most exciting cities in Spain and Cordoba (120 mins) - visit the moorish historical sites. A ferry trip to Tangiers in Morocco can also be managed in a day. All times are approximate driving times.

Although a car is recommended to get to all these great places - buses stop close by and run regularly one way through Mijas down to Fuengirola and the other way down to Torremolinos. You can also catch a train from Fuengirola to Malaga for a great day out.

One last little tip - try the freshly made Sugared Almonds from the street vendors in Mijas - you'll then discover the real meaning of moreish!

Our villa not only enjoys spectacular views over the coast - it is a really comfortable and practical property with the swimming pool complex a real pleasure for swimming and relaxing.

We just love being able to choose from the garden, two terraces or roof solarium to do our "holiday thing". Whatever style of holiday you want. "Kicking back" or as a base for activities - our villa is just perfect for enjoying all that the Costa Del Sol has to offer.
