This is a luxurious apartment, with private beach and pool .
Its AIRCONDITIONED ,
and CENTRALLY HEATED
WI FI is available to HIRE
We COLLECT you from the AIRPORT ..FREE of charge !
The Terrace is very private with 2 sunbeds and 4 table chairs and umberella. it overlooks the beautiful gardens..
It has a main bedroom, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. and sleeps 5.
There is a large fully tiled bathroom with shower. The lounge is large,
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge and freezer, full oven and hob, and washing machine.
The outside has a private terrace with plants, trees, sunbeds and table chairs and umbrella. There is a private beach nearby, 5 minutes, supermarket close by,.
There are some steps up to the apartement on the first floor
The POOL is COMMUNIAL,
ITS 2 minutes to a SPA
ITS 2 MINUTES to the main strip with many shops, restaurants and a CASINO !

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

It is in the centre of Puerte del Carmen, with Casino, and dancing and restaurants..

About us
We are Breda and Jose-Luis. Breda is 53 years old and is from Ireland. I've lived in Lanzarote for 11 years and Jose-Luis is 53 years old, and is from Spain, and has lived here for 16 years. Breda is a hairdresser and beautician, also specialising with the wedding companies here. Jose-Luis works with tourists and excursions and estate agency.
What we love about our property
We decorate all our properties tastefully,
and what we love about them is that they are close to the beaches and all amenities to make your holiday comfortable
We look after you while you are here,

“We stayed at the apartment mid June and had a brilliant time the apartment was superb and Jose and Breda were brilliant making it a wonderful stay so much so we are going back in November”
