About Lemon Tree Villa In The Gallinera Valley

Lemon Tree Villa is a well-proportioned detached villa with pool in the Vall de Gallinera, an area of mountains and valleys just inland of Denia, Oliva and Gandia. The Vall de Gallinera is an area of exceptional beauty, populated by a number of small picturesque villages famed for their gastronomy and favoured by Spanish city folks as weekend retreats.

The property is set back from the village lane in private, level, walled and gated gardens. Lemon Tree Villa is fully air-conditioned, and has 4/5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom/shower rooms, spacious kitchen diner, separate lounge with formal dining area. Outside there are pretty gardens, a wraparound naya terrace accommodating an al fresco dining area overlooking the pool and a poolside casita with gas BBQ and hob, sink with hot and cold water, separate shower with hot and cold water.

Bedrooms on the upper floor include bedroom 1 with king bed (5 foot). Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and bedroom 4 with twin beds. Bedroom 5/leisure room on the ground floor has a double sofa bed which will sleep an additional 2 persons comfortably. All bedrooms are spacious with wardrobes, ample storage space, air-conditioning. Hairdryer. Bathroom 1 on the upper floor, full family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, wash handbasin. Bathroom 2 on the ground floor, shower room with WC, wash handbasin. There is an additional shower situated inside the poolside paella BBQ house with hot and cold water.

Well-equipped, spacious kitchen overlooking the pool and adjacent to the naya dining terrace. Kitchen dining table and chairs for 6 persons.

Lounge with comfortable seating for 6 persons, formal dining area with seating for 6 persons, doors to covered naya terrace al fresco dining area overlooking the pool. Satellite TV with UK terrestrial channels, DVD player, video player. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Central heating and mobile gas heater.

Wraparound covered terrace with table and chairs poolside for al fresco dining - extendable table for up to 10 persons. Further stone table and benches next to the pool. Paella BBQ house with large gas BBQ, paella ring, hob, sink with hot and cold water. Poolside shower with hot and cold water. Several parasols, 6 sunloungers. Swimming pool 9 x 4 metres with Roman steps and underwater pool lights, graduating from 2.5 feet to 6 feet deep end.

The owners' English housekeepers live in the village and can provide guided walks of the local area (from a local amble to a full day hike). Swimming lessons also available from the housekeeper (qualified swimming instructor). Child minding can be arranged. Please enquire for charges.

Central heating makes this property ideal for all year rental.

Welcome pack provided including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, water and toilet tissue.

Quality towels and linen are included and a weekly linen/towel change is supplied for stays of 2 weeks plus. Welcome pack is provided. Pool/beach towels are provided. The owners' English housekeepers, who live in the village, will meet you on arrival and are on hand to support/advise throughout your stay.

Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.

We can accept payment by credit card and by UK bank transfer.

A deposit of 25% of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Any arrival day/departure day is possible (minimum 7 nights rental), subject to fitting in with other bookings in the diary. Part weeks are charged pro rata of the weekly rental rate.

Location of Property

Lemon Tree Villa is located in private gardens near to the heart of Beniali village in the Vall de Gallinera. The property is in a tranquil spot, perfect for a relaxing holiday yet in easy reach of the coastal resorts and amenities for days out. Wonderful views from it's private village location and it has what most guests tell us is part of their holiday wishlist - bars and restaurants within walking distance! The village of Beniali is small but has 3 child-friendly bar/restaurants serving tapas and local dishes.

Valencia and Alicante airports are approximately 90 minutes by car.

Distance to nearest beaches from this property:
Unspoilt sandy beaches, between Oliva and Denia, 35 minutes by car.

Distance to nearest shops, bars and restaurants from this property:
A few minutes' walk from Beniali village amenities - 3 child-friendly bar/restaurants serving tapas and local dishes, chemist, bank atm machine, fresh bread delivery by van each morning, fruit and veg delivery by van each Thursday. WiFi internet connection available at no charge at the Beniali town hall, a few minutes' walk.
Neighbouring villages of the Vall de Gallinera (from 5 to 15 minutes by car) - a la carte restaurant dining, community outdoors pool (25 metre length) plus children's shallow pool with grassed area and bar (June to mid September only).
Large supermarkets and all facilities in Pego town, 15/20 minutes by car.

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).

“We have just come back from a week at the Lemon Tree Villa (13/10/12-20/10/12). The villa is spacious , well equipped and clean. On arrival , Sally the lady who looks after the villa showed us around and answered any questions we had about the local area( bars, restaurants etc) which we found very usefull. There is also an informative info pack at the villa which also came in handy.The outdoor areas are good as you can sit by the pool , either under cover or in the sun and because of the wrap around naya you can also chill out round the front ,again either in our out of the sun.We were not brave enough to try the pool but is is plenty big enough for a villa of this size. Although we did not use the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen, we would have done if we had been there in the summer. As for the location on the edge of the villa , all bars in the local village are within 10 minutes walk at most with 3 being within a 3/4 minute walk.We had a tapas lunch at Nou Terrasso which was absolutely lovely , well worth a try.All in all a good villa for a chilled out holiday in a typical Spanish village”
