About El Bartollo At Navarres, Valencia

El Bartollo has large gardens surrounded by hedges and has a large gravelled drive fronted by entrance gates. A covered naya terrace is at the front of the property which overlooks the pool and the gardens. The lounge and dining area is open plan, there is a small traditional kitchen which is well-equipped, a double bedroom, 2 further bedrooms and a shower room. A door at the back of the property leads to the internal walled courtyard with lemon tree, traditional stone enclosed BBQ and door to the utility room. The property is single storey, the gardens are level and the swimming pool is fenced and gated, making this property especially suitable for families with young children.

Navarres is situated in the inland Costa Del Azahar (Orange Blossom coast) and as the name suggests, this area is an agricultural area with many orange, olive and fruit orchards. There are good road links to the surrounding area including numerous local villages, Muela de Cortes National Park, historic Xativa with its castle, Cheste race track and easy rail links to Valencia city. A number of beaches can be reached in 1 hour and there are local natural pools with waterfalls. The village of Navarres has a supermarket, 2 bread shops, butchers, grocery and hardware shops, banks, bars, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and a medical centre.

Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with single bed. All bedrooms have ample storage facilities, bedside tables. Hairdryer and plug adaptors. Shower room, wet room with handbasin, WC. An additional quality inflatable full-size single bed (suitable for an adult or child) is available for use in Bedroom 3 if required.

Small well-equipped kitchen, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven.

Open plan lounge dining room with dining table/chairs for 6 persons, lounge seating, UK satellite TV with BBC, ITV and Sky freeview channels including movies, Spanish TV channels, DVD player.

Utility room with washing machine accessed from the internal courtyard. Internal courtyard with lemon tree, bistro table and chairs, traditional enclosed stone built BBQ. Guests are asked not to smoke inside the property, outside of course is fine.

Large private level gardens, enclosed by hedges and gated, with gravelled driveway providing offroad parking for several cars. Several seating areas around the pool, naya and gardens. Well planted with fruit trees including plum, nispero, pear and cherry and pretty flowering shrubs. Enclosed and gated pool terrace with gazebo seating area, table and chairs, sunloungers, pool 7 x 4 metres. Naya terrace overlooks the pool at the front of the property with loungers and dining furniture.

Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, water, toilet tissue.

Rental rates include a full clean before your arrival, linen and towels and welcome pack. A weekly linen and towel change is provided for stays of 2 weeks plus.

£150 security damages deposit, refundable within 10 days of your departure.

25% deposit of rental will secure your booking. Balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable by 8 weeks before your arrival.

We can accept payment by credit card.

The owners' English housekeepers, who live locally, look after the property and the pool and are on hand to support if required during your stay.

We think El Bartollo is a great property for those who truly wish to experience the Real Spain. Navarres is a typical Spanish village where the locals will love to help you practice your Spanish. The location of El Bartollo is rural and private but only 5/10 minutes walk from the village amenities. The property is ideally suited for couples or a family with young children.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
