About Lago Verde 27
This spacious apartment with exceptionally large terrace is situated on a well established complex in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen. Lago Verde Apartments are close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. On site facilities include reception with internet access, snack bar, swimming pool with ample sun bathing terrace.
The apartment comprises of one bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and a large sink set into a vanity unit with mirrored cabinet.
There is an open plan lounge dining area with table and chairs, two sofas, coffee table, stereo with CD player and cassette player, television and DVD player. There is a selection of English speaking channels available.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, electric over and hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The terrace has sea views and has a partially covered area to create shade from the afternoon sun.
There is weekly maid service for guests staying longer than a week and a mid holiday towel change is provided.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“Apartment 27 is clean and comfortable. It has a modern bathroom with a large shower that works well. The oven and hob in the kitchen are good and there are plenty of saucepans and baking dishes for self catering. There is no microwave. The apartment is looking tired and needs a bit of updating but we would certainly use it again. Lago Verde is a quiet complex and well managed, the bar staff are friendy and there is a good selection of snacks available..”

“We enjoyed our stay at Lago Verde 27 and it was pretty much as advertised. The cleaning and towel changing regime was excellent. The apartment was fine but very tired, it is currently for sale. One or two problems with the local cat deciding the doormat was it's litter tray! Bernie in the bar was great and a good source of information.”
