This quality 1 bedroomed, part air conditioned, holiday apartment is in the perfect location for a holiday at Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. It is located in the first rate Playa del Duque development with its lush tropical gardens, 3 swimming pools and direct access on to the "paseo maritimo" and beach, it has it all.

The accommodation comprises of a large living/dining room which has a sofa bed so the apartment can in fact accommodate 4, supplement applies please see below, there is also a TV with a selection of multi-language channels including English, Spanish, French and German and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen offers the following appliances, a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, coffee percolator plus a full compliment of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc.

The bedroom has a double bed and built in storage space. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, twin hand basins and the washing machine is fitted here. A separate room off has the toilet and bidet.

Playa del Duque at Puerto Banus is a large park like development with beautiful gardens planted out with a host of tropical trees and shrubs. Fountains, steams and bridges make it a delightful place to sit or stroll in and sun loungers are provided all around the grounds. In addition there are 3 large swimming pools one of which has a restaurant/bar beside it.

Guests also have the convenience of direct access on to the "paseo maritimo" where you can take a pleasant walk along the sea front. An alternative exit takes you directly into the centre of Puerto Banus´s exclusive shopping area with its array of designer and other exotic shops.

The apartment comes with secure underground parking which is accessed via a remote control.A lift takes you directly to the apartment.

My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
