About Casa Rhiana
This luxury private villa is located in a residential complex approx 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Las Cucharas beach, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Costa Teguise. This ensures peace and quiet, yet close enough to all of the nightlife, restaurants, shops and entertainment.
A free welcome pack will be at the villa for your arrival, and convenience. This contains tea, coffee sugar, bread, butter, milk,soda drinks and a bottle of wine etc
The villa has been fully fitted out to an excellent standard to ensure your holiday is as comfortable and enjoyable, as possible. One of the lounges has 2 x 3 seater sofa’s and French doors overlooking the plunge pool, a TV with spanish freeview (that many channels can be changed to speak English), CD player incorporating radio/cassette. There are limited CD’s and DVD’s at the villa, however we recommend you take your own to ensure there are some to your own taste.
The dining area seats 8 people for those windy evenings and there is a 6 seater table on the patio for the less windy and warmer evenings, however this also has shelter
The TV room has a large corner suite sofa and a 2 seater sofa, with a TV, basic Sky, DVD player and is perfect for those evenings when you feel that you want a quiet evening, relaxing at home.
All 3 bathrooms (one being an en suite to the master bedroom) have full shower facilities, toilets and basins. Two of these are located on the 1st floor; one is located on the ground floor. The family bathroom (first floor) includes a bath.
The villa has its own secluded private plunge pool that is surrounded by a tiled bathing area and beautiful planted edging with sunbeds available to soak up the sun.

A 20% deposit is required when booking Casa Rhiana to secure the dates required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property. All bookings receive signed confirmation and terms and conditions of booking.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

“Stayed here with friends in May 2011 to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday - had a great time - villa was lovely, spotless, great facilities, loads of space indoors and out. Pool area was fantastic, BBQ'd a few times over the wee,- outside dining area was great. 10 minutes stroll to main restaurant and bar area. We have recommended this villa to friends and family already, fingers crossed they dont book it for the weeks we want!”

“Lovely villa - very spacious and clean. 3 double bedrooms and plenty of space downstairs. Kitchen was very well equipped - we ate in quite a lot and managed to find everything we needed. 3 bathrooms, two with showers which had nonslip floors - a bonus when you have a 4 year old. Pool was lovely - wide steps and not too deep at the shallow end so our little one was able to stand in the first third. There were 5 in our party and even with all of us in the pool together it still didn't feel overcrowded.
Situated in a peaceful area it's very secluded yet only 5 mins to nearest shop and restaurants and another 5 to the beach. Highly recommended - thanks Nick and Kerry for a great holiday.”

“Spent a great two week break here in June, very relaxed and quiet, a nice easy walk to all the important restaurents and the beach, all we needed was within a very casual strol, all that was promised was there just like the photos thanks to Nick and Kerry. We hired a car (very reasonable) to see the sites well worth the little extra. Ken & Margaret”
