About Villa Ashe
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 WC, A superb spacious villa, set on two levels, with 5 bedrooms, (2 double ensuite bedrooms, and 3 further twin rooms and all airconditioned). A large private pool with terracing and outdoor furniture completes this as a fantastic family villa in which to holiday.
PLASMA wall mounted Satellite TV and DVD player. Table tennis table and pin ball game. Large private pool 10 & 5 meters. 6 sun loungers, outdoor table and 10 chairs.
Upper level - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and outdoor sun terrace. Lower level - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 WC.
The house is 20 minuets drive from the airport. Monforte Del Cid is 10 minutes drive, 15 minutes drive to Alicante City, 15 minutes drive to the several choices on beaches, across the road from Alenda Golf Club. There is a community bar & pool on the development which you can walk to.
There is a travel cot, high chair and baby walker available.

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A t the time of balance, a refundable £200 security deposit will be required.
Payment can be made in sterling or euros, by bank transfer, or credit card with a 4% fee.

Alicante is the capital of the province and also the second biggest city within the Valencia region. A popular choice for English holidaymakers, Alicante has a great climate, beautiful sandy beaches and lots of fun for a holiday in the sun.
If you stay in Alicante, there are a number of places that are definitely worth a visit, and the first stop should be the Castillo de Santa Bárbara at the top of Monte Benecantil. From the top you can see amazing views of the coastline and the city, a sight not to be missed.

“Well we are back, having had a great holiday. The villa was really lovely and the swimming pool a big hit with all of us, would definately recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday.
Thank you so much for being on hand and for quickly getting back to us when we needed your advise. We have the receipt for the BBQ - it was 59 Euros which I know was a lot but it really was the cheapest we could find . We had gone to a couple of supermarkets expecting to be able to find the disposable bbqs, thinking a few of those might do us, but could not find any. After buying the new one we ended up bbqing every evening so it was a great addition to the villa, and you will be pleased to know we cleaned it really well before leaving and left half a bag of charcoal too.”
