The average temperatures of Gran Canaria vary between 18 and 28 degrees (°C), the lowest in January and February, and the highest in August and September.
This fortunate circumstance, plus the fact that a glorious sun always shines, makes it possible for thousands of sun worshipers to enjoy the beaches all year around.
"LAS CASAS" complex is located in a tourist resort area called Maspalomas at the southern end of Grand Canaria and more precisely in Sonnenland, 1,5 km far away from its wide and luminous beaches greatly and ached by dunes.
The apartments have been completely restructured in such a way to remark the already existing canarian architectonic style.
Each apartment has: two bedrooms (one double and one single bed), bathroom with shower, wide living-room with kitchen equipped with electric cooking rings, refrigerator and micro-waves.
Sofa-bed, satellite TV, radio CD, furnished large terrace.
Maximal capacity 4 guests . Extra bed not available.
"LAS CASAS" has a swimming-pool complete with a warmed Jacuzzi surrounded of Ganarias grey stone and it is provided with a night illumination which gives a "rainbow" fascinating effect very important for relaxing.
The beautiful garden holds 4 age old palms among which takes place a tipical wooden structure with a great barbecue for gastronomical and entertainment nights. Cleaning on monday,wednesday and friday with weekly linen change.
Token laundry in the back of the garden.
For visiting the island a car is recommended.
Supermarket at 50 mt open everyday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
