The Costa Blanca, also known as the White Coast, extends along the eastern coast of Spain from Torrevieja in the south to Javea and Denia in the north. It is world famous as a fun and good quality tourist destination. With fantastic year round sunshine, stunning beaches and areas both blossoming with tourist attractions and traditional charms, Costa Blanca has a huge amount to offer.
North Costa Blanca is filled with luscious green landscapes, mountains, cliffs and coves, and an eclectic mix of pebble and fine sandy beaches. The South offers typically flat sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes and presents a picture of Spain that tourists may expect to see. The beaches boast the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing, as a result this is a popular area for family friendly breaks.
Benidorm is a popular tourist hotspot in the South and located just a short distance from Alicante airport, here you will be hosted by a wide variety of cosmopolitan tourist resorts and exciting nightlife, with streets filled with bars, clubs and even cabaret to suit all party tastes.
Alternatively head inland to enjoy the quaint hideaways and the fresh scent of the orange groves, whilst seeing more of the Spanish regional culture.
