How we work

España Breaks allows agents and private owners to advertise holiday villas and apartments online for a fixed annual fee. Since this is free of any commission (either for the holidaymaker or accommodation provider) it's a very cost effective model.

Advertising starts at just £100 per year for holiday rentals (or £50 per quarter for long lets) and we offer a 2 month free trial to all new advertisers.
