The apartment is situated on the outskirts of the quaint old town of Tias. Located some 10 minutes drive from the airport and the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen.

The accommodation comprises of one large bedroom which has single beds, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen and sitting room is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen has most modern appliances. A washing machine is also available to use. A south facing sun terrace, complete with pergola completes the outside facilities. (Photos to be upgraded).

The apartment is set in extremely private, peaceful & secure grounds, with its own vehicular access. The location boasts spectacular, uninterrupted views of the sea, Femes mountains and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Supermarkets, restaurnants, chemist etc. are only a 10 minute walk away.

The friendly English owner Vicki, who is also a trained nurse lives nearby. Vicki is available to share local knowledge, give advice & recommendations if required. A car is advisable if you wish to explore this enchanting island with its unique treasures, but is not essential as there is a regular bus service to Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife etc.
