Set on two floors with two bedrooms, the apartment can easily accommodate four adults in comfort, cots and sofa beds can be arranged with a little notice.

The main floor comprises the living / dining area, and also the kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, master bedroom with double bed and a separate wc and bidet. Whilst downstairs leads to another double bedroom this time with twin beds and an en-suite wc, basin and bidet.

To the rear of the apartment there is allocated covered parking. To the front your own private balcony overlooking but not on top of communal pool, patio and sunbeds.

The living area boasts TV, video, CD hi-fi , and now DVD with a selection of films for young and old.

The kitchen a washing machine, a full size fridge freezer , oven with ceramic hob, kettle and toaster and is equipped for six. Whilst the master bedroom houses a digital safe (PYO code) for your valuables, and an iron with board. There is also a portable stairgate stored in the downstairs wardrobe. And smoke detectors both upstairs and down with a fire extinguisher adjacent the kitchen.

The apartment is fully locally managed in case you encounter any problems during your stay. This includes cleaning before and after your stay, and the provision of ample linen and towels, we would respectfully request that guests supply their own beach towels.
