Villa Corgat is a bright and contemporary 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and a fully heated swimming pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms. It is equipped for the 'al fresco lifestyle' with built in BBQ, which is under a roofed terrace attached to the kitchen. The villa comes equipped with all sun loungers and tables etc.

The three bedrooms are furnished with the main bedroom having en-suite facilities and a king size bed, and bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a central heating radiator for the winter months. In addition to the bedrooms come with pull out spare beds and baby cot (please note no linen is provided with the cot).

Lounge/dining room is furnished for up to 8 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. There is a plasma TV and DVD, MP3 player as well as ipod and CD, radio, plus a playstation, with some games and DVD movies and CDs supplied for use. The satelite package includes Setanta Sports, as well as some channels in Spanish, French and German.

For much of the year dining will be on the terrace but for those cooler months there is a dining table and chairs (high chair for small child provided).

Kitchen with all that you need for those gourmet meals, BBQs or simple snacks as you may prefer to eat out!

There is a kettle and mugs for that early morning cup of tea as well as full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances including double door American style fridge freezer.

All linen and towels are provided, not beach or pool towels.
