What do I need to open an account?

It's absolutely free to open an account with us, all you need is a working email address, some nice colour photos and a firm idea of your rental pricing.

How do I get started?

Firstly you should open your free account here. Once inside the advertiser area, click "Create holiday rental ad" and complete all the required sections.

When your advert is complete, click "Start campaign" and pick which advertising package you'd like. Your advert will then be checked by our editors and you'll be notified when it goes live on our website.

How much do you charge and how do I pay?

Prices start at absolutely nothing, depending on the advertising package you choose.

If you choose a paid package, the fastest way to activate your advert is via secure online payment. We accept all major cards and now PayPal too! Payments via cheque or bank transfer are also available.

Please note all prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%.

What's included in the price?

By advertising your property for holiday rental with España Breaks, you get a full page advert which includes up to 24 colour pictures, a property description, full pricing section, plus a free link to your website (if applicable), availability calendar and guestbook. You will also be listed at *kyero.com.

Creating and managing your adverts

How long will it take to put my advert online?

Our editors guarantee to review your advert within 2 working days and if everything is complete, your advert could be online and producing enquiries within hours.

Can I make changes to my advert once it's online?

Yes, use your email address and password to access your account anytime. You are able to update, edit and change the information shown and the changes are instant.

Can I change my photos anytime?

Yes - just log on to your account. You can change the main thumbnail, add and remove images plus change captions.

How do I show my availability?

We offer free availability calendars which allow you to mark both confirmed and provisional bookings, making it easy for holidaymakers to see what dates you have free.

Can I add a free link to my personal website?

Yes - if you choose the Complete or Professional package you can link directly to your website from your advert.

How will I receive booking enquiries?

All booking enquiries are sent to you by email and copies are also stored in your account online. To help you respond faster, we can also send a free SMS text message to your mobile phone when you receive an enquiry (Complete and Professional packages only).

Many people will prefer to speak to you directly so expect some holidaymakers to call you on the number displayed on the advert.

Can I add a special offer?

Yes, we have two types of offers: early bird and last minute deals. Both can be advertised in conjunction with a standard campaign and cost £20 per offer.

Special offers are published for up to four weeks in our highly trafficked special offers section. They are also emailed to the thousands of holidaymakers who subscribe to our free newsletter.

The cost of running offers is reduced if you choose the Complete and Professional package.

How do I list my property in your golf section?

Our golfing section highlights private holiday villas and apartments that are within 5 minutes of a club house. Inclusion within the golf section is completely free of charge if your property fits these criteria.

Do you have any tips on improving my advert?

New owners often ask our advice on how to generate high levels of bookings and we have come to know very quickly which properties will do well - and which won't.
